What kind of coaching do you offer?

My practice is rooted in whole person coaching meaning we look at the connection between your nervous system, emotions, values, body, mindset, relationships, habits, and the season of life you’re currently moving through.

Some clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally stretched thin, or uncertain about what comes next. Others are navigating transitions, identity shifts, performance pressure, burnout, or a desire to reconnect with themselves more deeply.

This work is grounded, relational, and highly personalized.

What training and certifications do you have?

My background combines formal education, coaching training, movement and wellness support, and years of experience working closely with people through major life transitions.

My training includes:

  • a college diploma in Fitness and Nutrition from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)

  • professional life coach training through Rhodes Wellness College

  • training aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching principles and competencies

  • certifications and experience as a doula

  • experience in movement coaching, nervous system support, behavior change, wellness support, and client centered coaching

My approach is highly relational, personalized, and grounded in whole-person support rather than one-size-fits-all coaching.

What is the difference between The Grounding Path and The Rooted Path Offers?

The Grounding Path

The Grounding Path is a shorter-term 1:1 coaching experience designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and create a foundation for what comes next.

It’s often the best starting point for people who are new to coaching.

The Rooted Path

The Rooted Path is a deeper coaching container for people who are ready for more ongoing support, reflection, integration, and personal growth over time.

Many people begin with The Grounding Path and later transition into Rooted Path when they want to continue the work more deeply.

What kinds of people do you work with?

I work with a wide range of people including:

  • individuals navigating life transitions

  • parents and caregivers

  • people feeling disconnected or overwhelmed

  • athletes and high performers

  • clients seeking nervous system support and grounding

  • those moving through identity shifts or periods of change

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is different from therapy.

 

My role is not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on reflection, awareness, support, nervous system regulation, values alignment, behavior patterns, and helping you reconnect with yourself and your direction moving forward.

 

If therapeutic or medical support is needed, I may encourage clients to work alongside appropriate licensed professionals.

Do you offer payment plans?

Some offers may include payment plan options depending on the structure of the container.

Do you offer fitness or nutrition coaching?

Yes, for some clients.

This support is highly individualized and may include:

  • movement guidance

  • nervous-system supportive fitness

  • macro guidance

  • cycle-aware nutrition support

  • athlete support

  • personalized nutrition planning

This work is customized based on the client, their goals, and their current season of life.

How/where are coaching sessions held?

Coaching sessions are currently offered virtually.

 

Some clients prefer Zoom video sessions, while others feel more comfortable connecting by phone. We can choose the format that feels most supportive and accessible for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Some offers may include payment plan options depending on the structure of the plan.
